Our Policies

Safety is our primary concern. With that in mind, All Day Bounces reserves the right to cancel any reservation that, in the opinion of the All Day Bounces representative, it deems a danger or jeopardizes safety in any way.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations, other than weather-related as describe in the weather policy, must be made at least 3 days prior to your event.

Delivery Policy:
Free delivery, setup, and takedown within 35 miles of our stocking location in McDonough, Georgia 30253. Otherwise, the following delivery fee shall be imposed: $2.00 per mile starting after the 35 mile mark as determined by www.mapquest.com.

Weather Policy:
There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event cancelled due to rain or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before we get to your location to set up. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving our warehouse. We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain or high wind that is not expected to let up, we cannot set up an inflatable.

Rental Agreement/Safety Rules/Operating Instructions:
Upon making your reservation, you will receive an email with an attachment containing a copy of our "Rental Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risks" and "Safety Rules & Operating Instructions". Please read over these documents and feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any questions. On the day of your event the driver will bring two copies of the contract with your name, date, and any information that pertains to your rental. One is to be signed and returned and the other you can keep as a receipt.

Electrical Requirements:
We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated. If there is no access to an outlet we would be happy to rent you a generator.

Yard Requirements:
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as animal droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. If you would like the unit to be set up on asphalt, concrete or an indoor facility please let us know so we can bring the necessary items to secure the unit.

Rental Unit Problems:
In the event of any problems with the operation of the rental unit(s), it is the customer's responsibility to contact the company immediately at (404)453-5345. If there is no answer, we ask you to leave a detailed message with the name of the renter, location of the unit, contact phone number, and the problem with the unit(s) operation. We will make every effort to respond via telephone or in person to your location immediately and rectify the problem. If we can not respond via telephone or in person.
